Ingredients:

  • 2 dates, medjool are the best (remove the stones) 
  • Cup of oat milk  
  • Pinch of grounded cinnamon  
  • Pinch of grounded cardamom 
  • Half a pinch of nutmeg  

 

Directions:

  • Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth 
  • poor the mixture into your ice lolly moulds
  • place in the freezer for 2 hours
