This video is for people who want a stronger practice and are confident with challenging themselves. It is suited for individuals who have done Yoga in the past.
Tips & contraindications:
- Take your time
- Do not force or struggle with the postures
- Make sure the movements are always slow and controlled
- Always stop the practice if you feel any pain during the session / if the pain persists please consult your medical professional
- If you have had any surgery in the last 12 months please consult your doctor before doing any Yoga
Pregnant women can do this practice in their 1st trimester of pregnancy but make sure not to lay on your front and when resting in a child pose have your knees apart to make room for your bump. In the relaxation part please ensure you rest on your left side with the knees bent or rest in a child pose with the knees apart. Make sure when you roll over it is onto the left side. Always consult your doctor if you are not sure about something.
