Date and oat milk drink

Preparation time: 5 mins / and a little longer if you want it hot 

Serves 1

Ingredients 

  • 2 dates, medjool are the best (remove the stones) 
  • Cup of oat milk  
  • Pinch of grounded cinnamon  
  • Pinch of grounded cardamom 
  • Half a pinch of nutmeg  

 

Directions 

  • Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth
