Ingredients  

  • 2 cups of chopped pineapple 
  • 3 mint leaves 
  • ½ cup of apple juice (not from concentrate) 
  • ½ a inch of fresh ginger  

Directions 

  1. Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. (nice and easy)
